All you have to do, is to walk 25 hrs in 30 days. You will have to walk every day. Min can be a 30mins and max can be a 60mins walk. Walk, wherever you want to, be it in your society, nearby park or stairs or at home. Do remember to mind the gap of 1m from the fellow walker or passer-by. Once again, it's mandatory to walk every day.
